30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Contact us first to obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item. The authorized return address is Dryftwear, 19 Rue Laure Mauduit, 62530 Hersin-Coupigny, France.
Return shipping
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including international postage to our return address in France. Dryftwear covers return shipping when the issue is our error, an incorrect item, damage, or a defect. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate return or refund steps. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.
Inspection and refunds
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and determine refund approval. Once approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
