DRYFTWEAR CUSTOMER CARE
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms when shopping with Dryftwear.
About the store
This website is operated by Dryftwear, 19 Rue Laure Mauduit, 62530 Hersin-Coupigny, France. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to shopping at dryftwear.shop, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Products and prices
Prices are listed in USD. Product pages describe the applicable dimensions, material, finish, and price. Natural wood grain and screen rendering may cause visual differences. Review the product details and order summary before submitting your purchase.
Payment authorization
When submitting a payment, you authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the displayed total, subject to successful processing and order acceptance. You must be authorized to use that payment method. A payment attempt does not, by itself, confirm an accepted order.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when Dryftwear confirms acceptance. Where a payment or order cannot be completed, contact support for assistance. Any amount collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be addressed through the applicable refund process. These terms do not remove statutory consumer protections.
Shipping and fulfillment
Our Shipping Policy describes eligible destinations, the fixed GMT−06:00 order cutoff, business days, handling time, transit estimates, and free standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide complete, accurate delivery details.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window and explains ordinary return conditions, return shipping responsibilities, damaged or incorrect items, and refund processing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Using and caring for your board
Follow the product-specific care information. Rubberwood boards should be hand washed and dried promptly; do not soak or put them in a dishwasher. Inspect your board during normal use and contact us with product concerns.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain relevant information handling and browser storage. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content.
Customer support
For product, payment, order, delivery, return, or other questions, email [email protected] or use our Contact Us page. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
